Klondike Internet Services, a trade name registered in the Yukon Territory, Canada, also operating under the trade names "The Mall Wizards", "Mall Wiz", "Klondike Net", "KNet",   “Fbx Net” and “Fbx Internet Services” are the owners of the registered domain name "dashdeli.com", the trade marks (both registered and unregistered) in "dashdeli.com" (The "Website") and other intellectual property rights (including copyright) relating to "dashdeli.com", including, but not limited to the graphic materials, maps, banners, text, layout, design, music player, weather monitor, and mailing lists contained therein ("The Owner’s Intellectual Property"), both in Canada, USA and elsewhere. Other persons also have related rights in the text and graphics of "dashdeli.com". Klondike Internet Services, with the owners’ permissions, reproduce these properties on The Website. As such, copying and other actions prohibited by legislation require the consent of the appropriate right holder.

Your use of The Owner's Intellectual Property without their consent would be an infringement of their intellectual property rights. This activity is unlawful, irrespective of whether such actions are for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
