204B Rewards
1. Participation in the 204B Rewards program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. 2. A rewards program membership qualifies the member for both points rewards and instant specials rewards. 3. Rewards points can only be redeemed by first exchanging them for rewards certificates. 4. Rewards points cannot be redeemed for cash nor are they transferable. 5. Rewards points have no cash value. 6. The 204B Rewards program is not a credit line or system, but is intended only as a method of rewarding you for your patronage. 7. You must be at least 18 to enroll. 8. Rewards points may not be purchased and are only earned in exchange for purchases of food and beverage at the rate of 200 points for each dollar spent. For example a purchase of $14.35 earns a member 2870 points. Rewards points are not earned on taxes paid. 9. Exchange of rewards points for certificates must be completed on the website at least 48 hours before visiting the restaurant to claim the reward. Certificates will be held for pickup and must be used within the time specified thereon (1 year from claim date). 10. Instant Daily Special Rewards can be claimed by registered members immediately on verification of membership. Certificates are not required. 11. Earned rewards points must be claimed when paying for services and will not be credited after you leave the restaurant. 12. There is no maximum number of points that can be earned per visit. 13. Members in the 204B Rewards program acknowledge that they will receive the daily Log Cabin News containing advice on current membership special instant rewards. 14. Membership in the program must be reconfirmed at least once per month through the link in the daily Log Cabin News. Users acknowledge and confirm they understand that membership may be cancelled and all earned points may be forfeited if such confirmation is not done at least monthly. 15. This program is for individual use only. Points may not be credited to a corporation or business entity. 16. Points are valid only for exchange for certificates for items listed as "rewards" on the website. 17. Rewards points are kept on file. You do not need to present your guest cheques to receive rewards. 18. Please present award certificates when ordering. 19. Reward certificates are valid only in the restaurant. They cannot be applied to take-out or delivery orders. 20. 16648 Yukon Inc. reserves the right to cancel membership and void a program participant's rewards points if there is any unauthorized or fraudulent use by the member. 21. If the program is experiencing technical difficulties, rewards points may not be able to be redeemed until the system is operating. 22. 16648 Yukon Inc. reserves the right to change or discontinue this program at any time, in whole or in part, with or without notice, even though changes may affect the value or use of any points already accumulated. 23. 16648 Yukon Inc. may, for example, withdraw, limit, modify, or cancel any award, increase the number of points required for an award, or discontinue any benefit of the program, or the entire program. The accumulation of points does not entitle program members to any vested rights with respect to awards or program benefits.
